Visum Bolivia
 

Voor een zaken, werk of studie bezoek moet er officieel gezien een visum op voorhand worden aangevraagd voor Bolivia.

Het visum dient persoonlijk aangevraagd te worden bij het consulaat van Bolivia in Den Haag, ons bedrijf Visumdienst kan hier niet in assisteren.

General requirements:

·         Visa Application Sworn Statement Form, downloaded from the websites of the General Migration Direction [Dirección General de Migración], or requested at the Consular Offices of the country where the visa is being requested;  on the link https://portalmre.rree.gob.bo/formvisas/

·         Passport, with a validity of at least six months;

·         Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, and/or any other health certificate, where appropriate (in case of visits to endemic regions—please check the endemic region list);

·         Current photograph;

·         Proof of payment for the visa application process, with the exception of visas granted under agreements or State covenants.

Specific requirements:

·         Certificate attesting to the activity to be performed in the territory of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and/or invitation letter from the entity (information on the link: http://www.migracion.gob.bo/node/156) or company for which activities will be performed, plus supporting documentation where appropriate;

·         Valid certificate attesting to the absence of police or criminal records. This certificate must be issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin, or the applicant’s last residence as per the rules in force;

·         Proof of financial solvency (last bank statement).

·         Round trip flight itinerary; Passport (with a validity of more than 6 months); 4 x 4 cm or passport size photograph (recent, in colors and with white background).

Once the application process is completed, the Applicant must send the PDF form to the following address: boliviaconsularlahaya@gmail.com  (for the Netherlands). The Consular offices will validate the information uploads and arrange a meeting.
