Unfortunately we cannot do anything for foreigners who want to travel to The Netherlands. If they need a visa they will personally have to apply for one at a Netherlands consulate in their country of residence. More information can be found on the website of the Netherlands Foreign Office (business visits) or the site of the Netherlands Immigration Service (for tourist visits and emigration). If people want to travel to another Schengen-country before continuing their journey to the Netherlands the must apply for a visa at the embassy of the country where they will enter the Schengen-area.
